Aesthetic Facial Surgery
Aesthetic facial surgery addresses selected changes in the features and tissues of the face — from the shape of the nose to the eyelids, brows, face, neck, and ears — when intervention is medically suitable and aligned with realistic goals. No single plan suits everyone; every face differs in its anatomy, its changes, and its priorities.
Care is led by Dr. Khalid Almutairi, a consultant plastic surgeon who is board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery and double-fellowship trained in Canada and the USA.
What does this area cover?
The clinic's aesthetic facial procedures are organised into related groups, and each procedure has its own page explaining suitability, limitations, recovery, and indicative fees:
- The nose: primary rhinoplasty, and revision rhinoplasty after previous surgery.
- Face and neck: the full facelift, the mini facelift, and the neck lift.
- The upper third: forehead or brow lift, and upper and lower eyelid surgery.
- The ear: otoplasty for prominent ears (ear reconstruction and congenital ear differences have their own dedicated area).
How is the decision made?
Care always begins with an unhurried consultation: discussing what concerns you, clinical examination, review of health history and medicines, and then a clear explanation of what surgery can and cannot address. Many patients need a different procedure from the one they had in mind, and some need no surgery at all — that is a normal part of responsible assessment.
The regions of the face are connected: brow position affects the appearance of the eyelid, and changes in the neck relate to the jawline. Examination therefore covers the area of concern and its surroundings, and the doctor clarifies the most appropriate option and its scope.
Anaesthesia and fees
The appropriate anaesthesia — local or general — is determined after medical assessment and according to the procedure's extent, safety, and facility requirements. Indicative fees appear on each procedure's page and on the fees page, and a final quotation is provided after consultation. The consultation fee is SAR 700.
